Can I still use the hot water from the tap since this filter can only be used for cold water?
If the Aquasana Countertop Unit (AQ-4000) is installed to my kitchen tap, how can I still use the hot water from the tap since this filter can only be used for cold water?

Hi Lucy
You pull out the divertor pin when you want the water to travel through the filter, so for hot or unfiltered water you don’t pull out the pin, and the water just flows out of the tap as normal. The tap fittings supplied with your aquasana are stainless steel, they are strong and made to last. The Aquasana water tastes great and I’m sure you will be satisfied with the result.
