White Buildup in Kettle
Hello, The only water put into our stainless steel kettle is from the Aquasana water filter but there is scale in there, the same as when we used a much cheaper filter system. Can you explain where the scale comes from? Thank you.

If there is a white grainy build up (or precipitation) forming in your kettle, this is a combination of calcium and potassium is an indicator that the cartridge life is nearing its end and needs replacement.
